World Champion BodyBuilder 'Kwame Duah'
Kwame is not only a multiple State, National, International and World champion bodybuilder but one of the most down to earth, most humble guys Ive had the pleasure to work with and recently shoot since networking at Sydney's Health & Fitness Expo with him.
Shooting with the backdrop of Bondi Beach, we spent the whole morning chatting about training, life in general and having such a good laugh whilst capturing some pretty inspiring shots.
I can say that as much as Kwame takes his training serious, and it clearly shows, he certainly doesn't take himself too serious and brings a fun great energy on set.
He began competing in bodybuilding competitions in 2011 as a teenager competitor that crossed competed across the open division. passion for bodybuilding was increased as he endured through the lifestyle. He has completed a degree in Nutrition and Food Science which has allowed him to combine theory and practice to maintain his lean physique all year round.
Further more, Kwame became the youngest natural bodybuilder to achieve professional status with Muscle Mania in 2014 and has since been featured in National & International magazines such as Australian Natural Bodz and Muscle Mag.
