Les Mills Asia Pacific "ONE LIVE" Event 2015
April brings around none other than a so called 'Fitness Christmas' to Australia with FILEX hitting town.
Some of the biggest names in the Health & Fitness industry decend on major cities in Australia and draw hundreds of thousands of people throughout a whole week with the expo, events, seminars, shows and more.
Les Mills also hits town with the event to put on one hell of a show of their world renowned group fitness classes and their international presenters in toe!
This year was a slightly special event with it being their "ONE LIVE" event in which one lucky group fitness instructor would compete to win a chance at being on stage with the presenter team whilst filming live in SWEDEN!
